The service of my vehicle was very quick and thorough. Great job everyone!!!

A 66% price increase as compared to the exact same work 2 years ago. I seriously doubt that salaries have increased 66%, the 3 filters have increased about 20%. Shameful how dealerships rape customers

It was not what I expect from car dealership. Service could have better better ! It was not and inviting experience!

Everything was great as usual. I came in for an oil change and Andre and the guys at the quick lube got me in and out quickly. Everyone is always so nice.

My vehicle was making a loud noise. It was not documented or addressed at my previous appointment, so another appointment was scheduled. Andre clarified everything that was needed when I arrived for my appointment to make sure my issues were addressed, etc. He inquired and asked questions to obtain any additional details needed, etc.

Things changed from being an express service to being one that wastes more of the customers time. Typical upscale for services not currently needed.

Service writer Andrae excellent service, but can’t say the same for the technician side, I had bad experience with their ability to diagnose and take my concerns seriously.

Mike Bloundt the salesman, sales manager and the finance manager where just super helpful to me and my wife with this purchase. Mike ensured the 2026 GMC Denali was ready and finance ensure we were given the best deal posable. This is our third GMC from this dealership and they have always h=been just great to us.

The new quick lube process isn’t customer friendly and has increased the overall time getting an oil change. Having to go through the service department is slow and inefficient… the previous process before ancira took over was quicker and easier for customers to use.

Enjoying my new Yukon XL at4. Lynese and Paul were great. Always got back to me when I reached out with a question or concern. Overall all, great experience and I’d highly recommend this dealership to everyone who is in the market for a new or pre owned vehicle. Ask for Lynese.

Patriot Buick GMC has been fantastic every time I have ever needed anything they go out of their way to help and keep me informed about anything that they find.

I am a lifelong GM customer. In fact, I own my grandmothers 1972 Pontiac Ventura II, that she purchased brand new!. My experience of this recent issue I had with my 2021 GMC Sierra, was quite stressful. Had lifter failures on a well-maintained vehicle with less than 70,000 miles on it that I purchased brand new back in January 2021 with 77 miles on it. My service advisor Kimberly was exceptional with her customer service. She kept me informed on the issue, got me a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was being fixed and was transparent throughout the whole process. I want to thank the Service Manager, Chuck, for all his efforts on getting GM to help with the repairs. As a team, I feel that they went above and beyond to make sure a loyal customer was taken care of properly. I will continue to work with this team moving forward and into the future.

We had a troublesome issue with the cab leaking when it sat out in the rain. When we returned from our extended trip, we took the pickup to the dealership, Patriot/Ancira in Killeen TX. They identified the problem, repaired it and returned it within a reasonable amount of time. D'Andre and the technician, Norman, were both very professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the repairs were/are costly.

Service is excellent.

Last time And previous time I was able to drive up for oil change. They made me park and sit for an hour. And the price went up $20 more. I won’t be going back Indy. This is the only place I’ve been since I bought my vehicle from them.. moving in..

They had my truck 3 full weeks before they got it fixed

I noticed since Ancira bought them you can’t go to the Quicklane, you have to go to service an oil change and tire rotation was around $90, now it’s an additional $39.95! Last fuel filter change cost me $100, my last visit the oil change and fuel filter cost me $290. No tire rotation and added fees, I like the people at Patriot but not the Ancira ways, I guess I need to find another dealer without all the cooperate bs,

Kim was great once she got involved. My check engine light came on and left truck at dealership for a week, nothing done because light was no longer on. Got back to only still have open items that were related to one of the codes that was in the history from the check engine light. Had to take truck back in to have telematics module replaced to resolve issue. Hopefully nothing else surfaces from the multiple codes thrown during that engine light debacle.

Quick friendly service

Went in for an oil change. On my way home, warning lights came on. Brought car back, Le Andre cleared the warnings in the car. Left the dealership and heading home when a different warning came up on the console. Brought it back. Le Andre was going to keep the car overnight when he and Daniel, from the oil chage department, identified the problem and fixed it. Daniel was excellent in helping to diagnose the problem and fixed it. Thank you.

Base on the issue with my truck I think two days was to long before I receive my truck back

The service was very professional, the price was outrageous. Almost double the cost of my previous service. I'll probably find a more reasonably priced location for my next service.

I use the “quick lube” lane for oil changes because it was an easy, seamless operation. Pull in, get the oil changes, pay, drive away. All without leaving the car. Almost never a line. Very quick service. In my most recent visit, I had to go inside to the main customer service area to pay. When I went inside, they were still waiting for the paperwork. Additionally, there is no clear way to exit the quick lube center and then get back to customer parking to go inside. I asked the cashier desk about the changes, and was told that this is now the way they are doing things under new ownership. The convenience of the “quick lube” is gone. I will get my oil changes somewhere else for now on.

2 1/2 days to alaign front end and change oil. Did not trouble shoot the problum with the cruise that I took it in for

I recently brought my vehicle in for service/oil change. Tho the oil change was fine. I found that the new way of going through this process to be not as great. The old way of drive up without an appointment was a bit easier. I found out after the fact that they dropped the tire rotation since new ownership.

Honest cost estimate. Justin listened to what I wanted done with the truck in addition to the listed repairs. Also, I love the text messages with the updates. When I arrived to pick up the truck, the staff was really quick to get me checked out and on the road. Thanks for the great service.

Had warranty work done for one wheel sensor. All four were going out so all four were replaced free. The service department even made a special trip to Temple to get one of the sensors. Courtesy shuttle service is awesome... very pleased.

Giving them a 4star because of Very friendly staff in the express lube. Quick Service. Though 3 star because I had to remind them to torque the wheels. One side used an air impact, and the other side used a battery-operated impact when putting them back on. Did not see them check air in tires after rotation either, noticed after leaving the tires were at different pressures.

It was great customer service. I was unaware that they have a separate building for oil change. This was very nice and timely.

I scheduled an Appt. @ 0830 on July 2, 2026 for an oil change and a check engine light issue, At around 1607 I called to check on The status of my Truck to be told the oil change had been done, but the check engine issue hadn't been worked on and if I could leave it over night, after telling the service person I could not, I returned to the service department to pickup my vehicle to not only find out the check engine issue hadn't been checked, the oil change had not been performed either.

It was quick and an overall pleasant experience. The dealership waiting area was comfortable and well appointed. Clean and a well stocked coffee bar. Very nice experience.

Totally disappointed with the service, they rescheduled my appointment for almost 2 months, and when I finally have it, I come and drop off my SUV and ask the patriot service team that how long they need for the diagnostic and they told me that 24 hours, so I dropped my SUV on Friday 1/30/26 around 9:30 am and they told me that they will call me but nothing happened, so I decide to call on Saturday 1/31/26 around 2:00 pm and the same guy that did the paperwork for the diagnostic told me that SUV will not be ready. It turns into a problem because that’s the only car that I have and service team didn’t care my situation, I buy the SUV on September last year and start giving us problems on November, and from November my SUV don’t have ac and tires sensors are not working, that’s why I totally disappointed with ANCIRA PATRIOT.

Great service and very professional. Only issue is the interior drivers side door was removed to access the repair but now the little panel behind the door handle keeps falling out… looks like one of the clips broke off. I have been working a lot of hours so I haven’t had a chance to stop in and show anyone. Otherwise fantastic service and I’m sure as soon as I stop in the little panel will be taken care of.

My experience at my last visit was very good. Andre was very professional and a big excellent to the Patriot dealership organization. Jay is great, professional and well versed on parts and practices with in the auto shop. He is a lead Tech in the outside auto oil change, Tire rotation, Filters and Fluids department. Jay has trained a Tech (Phillip) to be very customer oriented and quick to offer excellent customer service. What I am very dissatisfied with is the morally incorrect and disingenuous act of the sale of the 2022 Siera Denali Diesel I received from this dealership. That's a whole other story. My Cameras have been working intermittently for years. This was a brand-new vehicle that I brought 10K down by a shoddy lead floor manager Mr. Shane. Last I checked he was fired. Didn't do me any good because I still have a beautiful diesel with a inoperative camera system. Never got the problem resolved and was never offered assistance to get it corrected. I may never get it rectified, but that has never set right with me. So, although the workers / subordinates hold me as a customer, the management and GMC have blackened my eye for the last time. Also, as a senior military member of the community I will never recommend this dealer to anyone.

The a go suv but I try to bye but the want down payment so wos difficult to do at time of the bye the suv but is ok I have another offer in my old dealership that normally buy muy car so I have appointment today to see and buy the suv is approved no down payment at all I wos need the SUV to work we the new company. I understand that sometimes they can do it sometimes they cannot do it, but anyway I’m going to see the new one that they offered to me the same year of the card that I was looking for a little better price. I will keep the Buick that I have from the past Dealer for now. Because I have a good offer with four expedition 2023 max if I have to move from Gmc to Fort I’d do it doesn’t will be for my benefit. I need to run the company.

Excellent experience at Patriot! Fast, easy, and straight to the point.

At first the Vehicle went in for work on Muffler system which was suppose to get fixed within the day it did not get fixed within the day and wanted me to bring the vehicle in the next morning so that they can look further look into the vehicle. At that time we told them that will not work due to me taking off of work just to drop it off again and I needed a vehicle that I could us while the vehicle was getting looked at it. With a little bit of pressure from me and my wife we got a loaner vehicle for the time being that we ended up keeping for the next two/three weeks. I also told them that the front sensor was indicating that it was not active due to being blocked it was not like that anytime before i brought it in they were saying it was the windshield that I had replaced a year and some ago and had no issue and the warning light is still active and they want me to bring it in on another day to see if somebody else can figure what is wrong with it instead of looking at the sensor maybe being faulty they just wanted to say it is not a GM windshield it is not our fault but I had no issues with it before.

Greeted and taken in for oil change/tire rotation right away. Waited in service lounge. Service completed quickly. Used $20 discount coupon for services. Greeted by General Manager and completed visit with courteous cashier.

The 45k service on my 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 was completed satisfactorily. However, I experienced a serious security issue. I dropped my vehicle off the evening before my appointment. Later that night, I realized I had left over $150.00 in the "unlocked console lockbox". The dealership was already closed. First thing the next morning, I received a call from my service advisor early the next morning to discuss the detailed services that were to be performed on my vehicle. I also informed him I had left some valuables in the Lock Box located in the "unlocked center console" and came in immediately to retrieve my cash. Upon checking the vehicle, the money was gone. While I cannot legally prove the theft, it is clear that someone on the service team lacks integrity. Quality mechanical work and polite customer service are important, but honesty is paramount. Because of this breach of trust, I cannot recommend this dealership.

Justin went up and beyond with helping me to get my car air conditioner fixed. He told me that the warranty would cover my they also found out my sealing was leaking everything was covered. He shared that I had a hidden deductible because I got my car fixed were I purchased my car that I wouldn’t have to pay anything. Hallelujah I’m so grateful to Lord!
