The people who did the oil change were great. If services have changed it would have been nice to know before hand that you charge for tire rotation. Had I know before I would have gladly taken my car to discount tires who would do it for free. Not happy I had to pay for that.

The price increase for an oil change/tire is ridiculous we will go to another dealership if the price continues to be this high. There is no more walk-in service for oil change/tire rotation. Every other dealership includes the tire rotation, and the cost is considerably less.

Sure miss the drive up express oil change. You have to make an appointment now just for an oil change. The oil change price has also gotten steep. Last two oil changes price has went up by $25.

My review would have been A LOT lower if it wasn’t for Andre. Once I brought my concerns to him, he made sure they were resolved before I left. Thank you Andre!! We (Desi and I- Crystal) have been coming here for 20+ years and only bring our vehicles here. It is now under new management, but I hope the kinks will be resolved sooner than later! When making my appointment over the phone with a woman in service, I was VERY specific about the issues occurring with my vehicle.I typically speak directly to Andre, but he was busy so I set up the appointment with a woman I have never spoken to before. BIG MISTAKE! I don’t remember her name. When dropping off my vehicle early that morning, I explained to Andre that additional things were happening with my car since making the appointment. I provided him the new issues, gave him my keys and left in the Lyft he obtained for me. I went back home to work. Upon picking up my vehicle, over 9 hours later, I realized my initial issues given when setting up my appointment, were NOT done at all!!! Only the issues I gave to Andre were addressed! I figured the service took this long because I needed multiple things checked, etc. I immediately spoke with Andre and he got my tire rotation and oil change (initial items requested over the phone) completed on the spot! I had also mentioned my car making a noise to the woman initially, but that also was not listed! Going forward, I will double check what is listed on my appointment when I arrive- I didn’t think to do this based on the past 20+ years of using this dealership successfully. I will probably only set up my appointments with Andre because I know it will be done right! We also have another vehicle (2020 GMC Sierra Denali) still at Patriot awaiting a part from GM. It has been 3 months! Based on this, we are short a vehicle and don’t know when the part will arrive. Andre has been working diligently on this for us also. He has been keeping us updated as much as he can. We have been loyal GM customers for MANY years. We purchased our latest vehicle (2024 Ultimate Yukon XL Denali) last year. It currently has a recall on it too, which is not yet available. This EXTENSIVE delay on our truck parts, unavailable recall on our new Yukon SUV and recent service issues with our Buick Enclave Avenire, is REALLY causing us to rethink buying GM products! My husband called GM directly this week concerning our Sierra truck and has received NO response. Not a good look GM!!

Oil change fine until oil leak husband noticed on Sunday, raised the hood the oil cap was not screwed on oil slashed all over engine, oil needs a refill, engine needs to be cleaned from oil going everywhere under the hood. Got to go back to the dealership for them to fix their mistake. Not only that they now make you pay a data protection fee, I didn’t know until after looking at the paperwork and you have to pay for a shop charge for repair order. Only finding out after I paid and looking over paperwork when I got home. When I asked the cashier why my normal rate oil change is much higher, the excuse was oil prices went up……how about telling me about all the extra ffeeeeeesss!!!!!!!

I am a lifelong GM customer. In fact, I own my grandmothers 1972 Pontiac Ventura II, that she purchased brand new!. My experience of this recent issue I had with my 2021 GMC Sierra, was quite stressful. Had lifter failures on a well-maintained vehicle with less than 70,000 miles on it that I purchased brand new back in January 2021 with 77 miles on it. My service advisor Kimberly was exceptional with her customer service. She kept me informed on the issue, got me a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was being fixed and was transparent throughout the whole process. I want to thank the Service Manager, Chuck, for all his efforts on getting GM to help with the repairs. As a team, I feel that they went above and beyond to make sure a loyal customer was taken care of properly. I will continue to work with this team moving forward and into the future.

We had a troublesome issue with the cab leaking when it sat out in the rain. When we returned from our extended trip, we took the pickup to the dealership, Patriot/Ancira in Killeen TX. They identified the problem, repaired it and returned it within a reasonable amount of time. D'Andre and the technician, Norman, were both very professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the repairs were/are costly.

Only issue is the interior drivers side door was removed to access the repair but now the little panel behind the door handle keeps falling out… looks like one of the clips broke off. Kim was great once she got involved. My check engine light came on and left truck at dealership for a week, nothing done because light was no longer on. Got back to only still have open items that were related to one of the codes that was in the history from the check engine light. Had to take truck back in to have telematics module replaced to resolve issue. Hopefully nothing else surfaces from the multiple codes thrown during that engine light debacle.

I noticed since Ancira bought them you can’t go to the Quicklane, you have to go to service an oil change and tire rotation was around $90, now it’s an additional $39.95! Last fuel filter change cost me $100, my last visit the oil change and fuel filter cost me $290. No tire rotation and added fees, I like the people at Patriot but not the Ancira ways, I guess I need to find another dealer without all the cooperate bs,

I use the “quick lube” lane for oil changes because it was an easy, seamless operation. Pull in, get the oil changes, pay, drive away. All without leaving the car. Almost never a line. Very quick service. In my most recent visit, I had to go inside to the main customer service area to pay. When I went inside, they were still waiting for the paperwork. Additionally, there is no clear way to exit the quick lube center and then get back to customer parking to go inside. I asked the cashier desk about the changes, and was told that this is now the way they are doing things under new ownership. The convenience of the “quick lube” is gone. I will get my oil changes somewhere else for now on.

I recently brought my vehicle in for service/oil change. Tho the oil change was fine. I found that the new way of going through this process to be not as great. The old way of drive up without an appointment was a bit easier. I found out after the fact that they dropped the tire rotation since new ownership.

Had warranty work done for one wheel sensor. All four were going out so all four were replaced free. The service department even made a special trip to Temple to get one of the sensors. Courtesy shuttle service is awesome... very pleased.

I scheduled an Appt. @ 0830 on July 2, 2026 for an oil change and a check engine light issue, At around 1607 I called to check on The status of my Truck to be told the oil change had been done, but the check engine issue hadn't been worked on and if I could leave it over night, after telling the service person I could not, I returned to the service department to pickup my vehicle to not only find out the check engine issue hadn't been checked, the oil change had not been performed either.

Giving them a 4star because of Very friendly staff in the express lube. Quick Service. Though 3 star because I had to remind them to torque the wheels. One side used an air impact, and the other side used a battery-operated impact when putting them back on. Did not see them check air in tires after rotation either, noticed after leaving the tires were at different pressures.
